It’s been a while since I did a touhou song translation (The backlog is too much).
Anyways, here’s a more recent song from Yuuhei Satellite of the Komeiji sisters theme songs. I always love their theme songs so much, because they exude so much bittersweet aura. With them combined and renditioned in this manner, it’s so pleasing to the ears and soul (for me).
Disclaimer: I may not be able to fully translate the intended expressed meaning of the song, but hopefully it can still be a reference for listeners as well as more capable translators should they be able to help and do justice for the song.

I’m happy even with our usual conversations,
Because you’re always so kind.
I’m drowning in the emotions burning inside me again tonight.
Ahh.. Though I want to know,
I don’t want to ruin this paltry happiness I have.
Looking at the night sky alone,
I feel like crying, and it’s because of you.
For a dreamer like me,
My heart quietly danced in anticipation.
Wherever your gaze is at,
I wish I’m the one you’ll see.
Though I’m scared to make an advance,

Afterthoughts:
This seems to be the first time I’m doing a translation of a song based off the Komeiji sisters’ theme. So I’ll just provide a bit of context here. Satori Komeiji’s 3rd eye allows her to read the thoughts of others, whereas Koishi Komeiji’s 3rd eye is closed which effectively shuts off her consciousness, making her operate entirely on the unconscious level. The song references the 3rd eye of both Satori and Koishi to describe the hidden love of [said person of the song] towards their friend.
However, [said person] never confessed and was never able to, because they feared losing the happiness they feel with the friendship they cherished so much. Upon realizing [said friend] likely has a person they are interested in, [said person] shut off their feelings and reset themselves to live on with the pain of not being able to be more than friends with [said friend].
Notes on Translation:

– “夢見る私” here is transcribed to “A dreamer” or “A dreamy person”

– “理想” in “いつか理想を歩めるように” here can mean “Ideal” or more specifically “Imagination” to fit the context of the dreamer.

– “無様な恋” is translated to “unsightly love” in a kind-of-direct manner. But to fit the context more snugly, I have included the transcribed note “delusion” which is probably more accurate.

– “音無く零れた雫に 秘めた想いを託して” basically tries to poetically articulate that one’s emotions/feelings are hidden in the tears they tried to hold back.

– “流した” in “今日までの全てを流した” therefore is given the context-specific translation, where instead of “being washed away” I transcribed it to “cried away”.
